Additional costs

Most costs at We-ID are included in your subscription. In some cases, additional services may be required, such as custom solutions or urgent delivery. Below is an overview of the extra services we offer.

Physical ID verification for EH3

Face-to-face verification:

Before we can give you an EH3 token, we need to confirm your identity face-to-face. A courier will check your proof of identity at the address you provide in your request. There is no extra charge for face-to-face identity verification. However, if you miss the courier and a new appointment has to be made, rescheduling will cost €17.50.

SMS en OTP responder

Before using an EH2+ or EH3 eHerkenning token, you need to choose which two-factor authentication method you want to use. You can choose between SMS-TAN verification and OTP verification. For OTP verification, you need an OTP responder. The verification type can be defined for each employee separately.
OTP
If you opt for OTP verification instead of SMS verification, we charge €40 per responder for a three-year contract.

Any user for whom an OTP responder is not requested is automatically sent their codes by SMS.

Free SMS verification
Unlimited eHerkenning use covers free SMS verification, ordinary rights and free authorisations set up using the Control Module. Control Module access is automatically included with an EH2+ or EH3 account.

Fast-track procedure

Do you need to have an active eHerkenning token within a few hours? We can help, with our fast-track procedure. To make a fast-track request, call our Customer Service Team on +31 (0)85 0239335. The extra charges for a fast-track application are as follows:

Charges for linking multiple Chamber of Commerce numbers

You can ask We-ID to link multiple users' eHerkenning tokens to one or more Trade Register Numbers.
We'll then charge you annually for the requested eHerkenning tokens. For the first TRN, you'll pay the full price per eHerkenning token for each user. For each additional linked TRN, we'll apply a discount.

Enterprise Solution: Linking multiple Chamber of Commerce numbers

PKI Government certificates

***) Linking PKI Government certificate

For assurance level EH4, a PKI Government certificate has to be linked. A one-off charge of €25 is made for linking a certificate, in addition to the annual or three-yearly subscription charge payable for the certificate.

If any of your registered information changes, you need to let us know using the appropriate amendment form. Our amendment processing charges for the various assurance levels are detailed below.

A chained authorisation costs just €24.95 per year – regardless of the number of authorisations. Verification of Chamber of Commerce data is included.
