Frequently asked questions about the eHerkenning Enterprise Solution

What is the difference compared to a standard eHerkenning token?

A standard token is personal. The Enterprise Solution offers an overarching Management Module, with which your organization manages all tokens and authorizations itself.

How many users/KVKs can I link?

You can link an unlimited number of Chamber of commerce numbers. For the first KVK number you are linked to, you pay the normal rate; for each additional KVK, you receive a discount.

Which level of assurance is possible (EH3/EH4)?

This is determined by the service provider where you want to log in. Our solution supports all levels (EH2+ to EH4).

Can multiple administrators be appointed?

Yes, you can appoint multiple administrators and grant them different, specified rights within the module. At least one administrator must be appointed per KVK number.

Can I also use the Tax and Customs Administration token in the Enterprise Solution?

No, that is not possible. The “Belastingdienst Inlogmiddel” (Tax and Customs Administration Login Tool) is a separate system designed exclusively for services of the Tax and Customs Administration.
