Additional costs
Most costs at We-ID are included in your subscription. In some cases, additional services may be required, such as custom solutions or urgent delivery. Below is an overview of the extra services we offer.
Physical and online identification EH3
For EH3, physical or online identification is legally required. Our courier will visit your office for a physical check.
- Physical appointment: €17.50
- Online identification: FREE
Two-factor authentication (OTP or SMS) * EH2+/EH3
For EH2+ and EH3, you can choose between verification via SMS (standard and free of charge) or an OTP responder. The type (SMS-TAN or OTP responder) may differ per employee.
OTP responder
If you choose an OTP responder instead of SMS, the cost is €50 per device (for 3 years). Employees for whom no OTP responder is requested will receive the code via SMS by default.
Free SMS usage
Good to know: with We-ID, the use of SMS for authentication is free and unlimited within your subscription.
Urgent procedure
Do you need an eHerkenning tool quickly? Then choose our urgent procedure. Call our customer service: 085-0239335. Urgent applications submitted on business days before 2:00 PM are processed the same day!

- Urgent processing with courier: €75.00
- Pick up in person in Lelystad: €75.00
* Depending on your situation, we will post it tomorrow, or you can immediately schedule a physical identification with AMP.

Enterprise solution: Application for multiple Chamber of Commerce numbers
You can link multiple Chamber of Commerce numbers to a single account. You can do this via the We-ID Enterprise application (application for multiple CoC numbers). The first CoC number is charged at the full rate, and you will receive a discount on additional CoC numbers.

Additional Tax Authority tool costs
For connecting to the Tax Authority tool for organizations without a Chamber of Commerce number, we charge additional costs depending on the type of business.

You can make changes directly in the Management Module or via change forms on our website. Below you will find the additional costs per change.
Processing changes
To modify data, you need to use change forms. Below you will find the costs for processing these forms per assurance level.

PKIoverheid certificates

For EH4, a PKIoverheid certificate must be linked. The one-time cost for this is €25, in addition to the annual or 3-year subscription fees for a PKIoverheid certificate.
Please note: EH4 can only be requested with PKIO POC certificates issued by QuoVadis. More information can be found here.
Chained authorisations
A chained authorisation costs just €24.95 per year – regardless of the number of authorisations. Verification of Chamber of Commerce data is included.
